Terms of Service — Owasel (WaselProAI)

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern use of Owasel (app.owasel.com) by businesses ("merchants") and the people they invite to their team. By signing in and connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram Professional account or WhatsApp Business number you accept these terms on behalf of your business. Customers who message a merchant are covered by the Privacy Policy and the merchant's own terms.

2. The service

Owasel is an AI sales assistant. It reads messages your customers send to the channels you connect, answers questions from the products, prices and rules you approve, prepares orders and bookings for your confirmation, and hands conversations to you when it is unsure or when your rules require it. You choose whether the assistant replies automatically or only drafts replies for you to send.

3. Your account and connected channels

• You sign in with Facebook and connect only Pages, Instagram accounts and WhatsApp numbers you are authorised to manage. You can disconnect them or close your shop at any time in Settings.
• You are responsible for your team members' access and actions in your shop.
• Your use of Meta products through Owasel must also follow Meta's terms and policies, including the Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp Business policies (for example the 24-hour messaging window and approved templates).

4. Your content and the AI's answers

• You keep ownership of your catalog, prices, rules and messages. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service.
• The assistant only states prices and product facts you have approved, and suggestions it draws from your posts stay suggestions until you approve them. You remain responsible for your offers, products, prices, delivery and the orders you accept.
• AI can make mistakes. Review settings, hand-over rules and drafts are provided so you stay in control; check important replies and orders.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Owasel to sell illegal or prohibited goods, to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to mislead customers, to collect data you are not entitled to, or to break the law or Meta's policies. We may pause the assistant or suspend a shop that does so, and will tell you why where we lawfully can.

6. Credits, plans and payment

• The assistant's work is measured in credits (for example a text reply, a reply to a photo or voice note, or reading a post during import). Current costs are shown in Billing before you use them.
• New shops receive a one-time allowance of free credits. Plans add monthly credits; top-up credits do not expire. Unused monthly credits end with the period.
• Prices are in EUR; applicable taxes and local currency are shown when you pay. Payment requests are completed by card, Qi Card, bank transfer or invoice as agreed with us; credits are added once payment is received.
• When credits run out the assistant stops replying and every conversation goes to you; nothing is lost.
• WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta beyond the free allowance are passed on at cost and shown in Billing.

7. Customer data

Your customers' messages and order details are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to message your customers and must honour their requests to stop or to delete their data; Owasel provides tools for both.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Owasel available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; Meta, AI and hosting providers can have outages. We may change features; if a change materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

9. Ending the service

You can close your shop in Settings. Closure starts a 30-day grace period during which you can undo it; after that your shop's data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnecting Owasel from Facebook (Settings → Apps and websites) also stops the service for that account.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Owasel is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or for content, orders or prices you approve. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish or EU law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer or business protections that apply to you where you are based.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and we will notify merchants of material changes in the app before they apply.
